  After waiting for almost half an hr it was finally my turn to get my teeth cleaned. A week ago I was quoted a price with the itemized cost of each service and the total was $278. So I agreed to schedule my teeth cleaning with them. The hygienist was exceptional. She did a thorough cleaning. No pain. And everything went great. I highly recommend the service. I felt my teeth got a very good treatment that was long overdue. I came out smiling and happy. However when I got to reschedule my follow up visit and payment to be made I was so disappointed that I am being charged $100.00 more. The benefit coordinator said that since my insurance does not cover copay for the treatment?!! And this is coming from the same benefit coordinator who originally gave the quote of how much the treatment would cost me. I had given them my insurance info before she gave me the itemized quote. I wonder if this is illegal on her part to give a quote for the treatment then charge $100 more after the treatment without me knowing it. Right now I am struggling with our finances and the decision to go ahead for this treatment weighed heavily but decided to go ahead anyway. And now it is $100.00 more! I don't know what I can do about this. Any help or insight on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you
