- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Be warned. This a practice model with and focus on sales. They don't review what your dental coverage pays and what you MAY BE left to pay. The dentist was good to be fair. But they discuss the cost of their in office technology from a sales staff person after the dentist sees you. The staff is disconnected when handing off patient care in the office. The person that takes your insurance card is not the same person that comes to speak to you about the cost of your care. Red flag!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Verify your co-payment with your insurance company before you pay them anything out of pocket. Everytime they would quote me 3 times the actual amount and whenever I confronted them they would come back saying there was a glitch on the system (yeah sure everytime right) and corrected the amounts. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I see a lot a negative reviews in regards to sales. I've been going here for over 2 years now and no one has ever tried to up-sell me. They simply lay out your options and ask you what you want to do. They don't push you for more expensive options. You make the ultimate decision. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. They keep the office light and fun but professional and efficient. By far the best dentist/orthodontics office I've ever been to.
